I've been told that women are often attracted to men who remind them of their fathers. Please explain in what ways that is meant (personality or appearance)? Is it even true? To me it sounds gross and creepy. Do you think women only look for men like their dads because when they're children they are told that women prefer men like them?

A ventriloquist comes out on stage at the comedy club, with his dummy on his lap the dummy starts telling dumb blonde jokes, and the blonde woman in the front stands up and starts yelling at him. " How dare you put down all blonde haired women like that? You should be ashamed!" Then the man starts apologizing saying " I'm so sorry ma'am I didn't mean to be offensive to anyone, after all this is a comedy club and I assure you'' then she cuts him off and says " oh no sir, NOT YOU! I was talking to that little jerk on your knee..."

I recently had a baby Sept 20/07 I had PIH disorder, I was put on 60 mg of Adalat XL and also 200mg of labitatol 3 times a day... I have since been ordered to stop taking the Labitatol. I find that around 5-6pm every night I get really tired, I have been taking my BP at home and it is ok not perfect. I notice elevated heart rate once and a while, I do know that I suffer from anxiety but do not know that this is directly connected.. What is wrong with me ?

I burst into tears after watching the horrible hidden cameras of humans who rip the skin off off animals and watch them literally cry with pain, how they lay fuzzy little animals down and stomp on their heads, or cut the noses and tails off of little pigs for entertainment or even take the ends of rifles and ram them through the gates of lions and tigers to bash their teeth while laughing hysterically....What the f**k is wrong with these people? I plan on getting my best friend of 4 years a really nice Christmas present (I don't know what yet). His three younger brothers, ages 7, 12 and 17 are cool. They're always fun around the house, I take them places when parents or older brother isn't around. I was thinking of getting the boys each a small Christmas present (maybe some candy & a $10 giftcard). Their parents also have been wonderful to me. So my question is: I am certainly buying my best friend something, but do I just buy presents for the brothers, for both the brothers & parents (and if so, what could I get them?) or just for the whole family?
