Always tired?

I recently had a baby Sept 20/07 I had PIH disorder, I was put on 60 mg of Adalat XL and also 200mg of labitatol 3 times a day... I have since been ordered to stop taking the Labitatol. I find that around 5-6pm every night I get really tired, I have been taking my BP at home and it is ok not perfect. I notice elevated heart rate once and a while, I do know that I suffer from anxiety but do not know that this is directly connected.. What is wrong with me ?

Usually medicine has certain side-effects that increases heart rate in women talk to you're doctor about it and he or she probably can resolve it
