what to get husband for christmas?

We've beem married almost 23 years, he is the love of my life!
We've been through so much together, hes so patient and loving. I just want to get him something he would love, not the normal socks, shirt, shoes. No, i want something a wonderful man deserves.

How to become the pack leader of 2 dachshunds.?

I have 2 dachshunds. 1 male (Oscar) and 1 female (Emmy). I am having a problem as to showing them that I am the "Pack Leader?" Emmy isn't as bad as Oscar. Oscar has selective hearing and I believe he thinks he's the boss because he's the boy. He listen's to me to a certain extent but not really... What should I do? Male or female? I can't decide!?

i'm getting a kitten, hopefully an orange, domestic-short hair. what i cant decide is to get a boy or girl. no matter what it will be "fixed". we want to have a playful, yet cuddly kitten that will grow up to be the same as an adult. she/he will be alone for about 6 hours during the day. please give me some advice on what to keep the kitten in during the day (for the first few weeks, after that we'll just let it roam) and whether to get a boy or a girl! thanks! sorry its sooo long :(

Aloe Vera plant outside in a 100 lb pot?

My Aloe Vera plant is outside in a 100 # pot, difficult to lift and carry. I need to protect it from 27º temperatures coming up in two days, lower in December. The boss says "no way" can the plant come in the house. Oklahoma is capable of below zero but it's rare. Any ideas?
