im 17 and a virgin, and people always putting pressur eon me like oh u a virgin still n stuff, so just wanna know u if u girls really care if someone is a virgin?......and i no how to spell its called improvising

I don't really care. I kind of find it cute. And great! Now girls will know you don't carry around diseases and know if they suck in bed you'll never know. Soo...stay a virgin till you find the right girl to give it to.

Well...now this is interesting. Because up until recently, I did care. I thought that it would be awful to be with a guy who didn't know what he was doing and I thought a guy being a virgin would seriously put me off him.

BUT

I have recently met a guy, a few years younger than me (he's 18). We are not exactly in a relationship (yet...tehehe...) but I do know he's a virgin. And it couldn't matter less. I really like him, he's sweet, he's funny and he likes me. He's an absolutely amazing kisser and (from having been almost completely inexperienced) with a little help and guidance he's been pretty hot at "other stuff" >.< too...so really I don't mind. I'm quite accustomed to the idea now and if he wants to have sex I'll be happy to take it slow and actually I'm sure that I would love to take his virginity because it would make me feel special.

The first guy I ever slept with didn't care that I was a virgin. He just cared that I was willing to have sex with him! It wasn't an issue though, virginity I mean, it was just "oh...are you? ok...not too hard then..."... yeah he wasn't all that special lol oh well.

I'm sure if it's the right person it wouldn't matter to her at all. Just like me! Hey, maybe you should get an older woman too! I'm 22 and that turns the virgin in my life on something shocking. He loves that I'm older than him and that I'm more experienced.

It shouldn't matter what you've done or haven't done. What matters is how you feel.

When i was 17 I did not care at all. A Virgin would garuntee some great things like, No STD's They would probably take directions a little better, Be more open to how to make the Woman feel good ( At 17 The guy I was with was anything but a virgin and a wam bam kinda guy... nothing for me...) Also I think it would have been awesome if BOTH my Husband and I got to loose our virginity to each other, Life didn't work that way for us though... all in all Be true to yourself! At 17 some better things to have weigh your mind would be College, Future Careers, Keeping yourself fit, Your current Education, and a Healthy relationship with your Family and Friends as well as Any girls who may come into the picture.

Also... Keep advertising your a virgin if ya wanna loose it, Plenty on girls out there would love to take it away... I had a few virginity hunters in my School at least!

Improvising? lol. I rather the guy be a virgin. I think it's sad that people have sex just because of peer pressure. In my health class today it said 56% of teens regret having sex before they were married. I do care because I rather someone be a virgin, but you shouldn't care what others think. In a few years when they are part of that 56% you'll have the last laugh, plus I think it would be a lot easier when you are ready with someone who feels the same way, because you both are in the same boat. Plus, others who say stuff like "you're still a virgin?" are probably just jealous.

If Chris Martin (Coldplay singer) and one of the coolest guys EVER was a virgin until the age of 22, surely being 17 and a virgin is A ok. You be proud that you haven't given it up just for the sake of giving it up. Wait for the right person and do it only if you're ready. Our culture hypes sexual activity, but in fact there are many people in the world who never have sex at any time in their life and still live completely rich and fulfilling lives. You should really not worry at all. Sex is not some goal to be attained.

As another guy, the girls do not seem to care that much if your not a virgin. I have never had a dame ask me up from if I knew how our not. And being a virgin at 17 ain't all that bad either, some of the guys making fun of you mite be VIRGINS too, they just learned how to lie about it better than you.
