Dear Sir/Madam,

I write to you with the intention of showing my interest and motivation in becoming part of the group of people selected to participate in the Internship Trainee Program in the USA. I have heard so many good things about this program. Few of my friends applied last year, got approved and are still on the training program. I hear about their plans about their future after they finish the program, I hear about their experiance while in the USA, I hear so many exciting things and I really would like to have the opportunity to train and live in the USA, also to meet more people and learn about their culture.

My name is Ivelina Dimitrova, a dynamic and enthusiastic 25 year-old bulgarian woman. Armed with 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, 1 of which I have spent abroad, in a great place called Agia Napa, Cyprus, today I am looking for a position in a Hotel or Restaurant chain, that is going to give me the chance to develop even better skills in the hospitality industry and to take an active part in their development, with a new professional challenge to face: I want to put my abilities to work for you.

In addition to my extensive hospitality experience, I have excellent communication skills. I always maintain a gracious and professional manner when communicating with people, including customers and hotel/restaurant staff. My abroad experience and range of skills make me a superior candidate for this program. I am confident that with my strong motivation, my personality, my international and significant practical experiences and with the International Trainee Program on top, I will have a solid foundation for a successful and fulfilling career, in which I plan to weld relationships across cultures and ensure that intercultural communication takes place effectively.

My resume, which is enclosed, contains additional information on my experience and skills. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the training program with you and to provide further information on my candidacy. I can be reached anytime via my cell phone(+359)889-254338

Yours faithfully

Too past due, besides that it is him that is long past all sentimental over you, judging from that trio making a song "Mein Freund" to your improvement. I could begin the letter with "Mein Kleines Süsschen Mit Denen Heissen Schwartzen Leder Stiefel" and cross from there.

I think you need to explain this in a different way; I don't know what a "motivation" letter is; that's not a typical english language way of putting it.

When you say motivation letter, do perhaps mean a "cover letter?" If so, please see links below:
