Canada. Say it ain't so.. 461 Taser killings in America by Jack booted Fascist cops this Year alone .. In Italy a football fan, murdered by a cop, Iraq, Blackwater's hired gunslingers, and Now Canada, and I thought Canadian Cops were not as stupid and vicious as American Cops, I was wrong.

50,000 volts for What? This man clearly does not speak English, has no weapon, and is posing no threat dangerous threat.. Yes he is clearly upset about something..but his hands are up! And its 3am and not too many people around so no chance he is going to start a Riot or Hurt anyone. there is a lady seen trying to speak and there is no angerwith him and others as far as the eye can see, there are at least 4 cops in this picture. so why the Taser? This is Murder plain and simple. The last moments of a innocent mans life. And no!! he was not on drugs, a criminal or Illegal, he was visiting Canada, His mum saved 8 years for his visit from Poland to Canada.

Everyone says pay off debts before you start investing. Sounds good for credit cards & other high interest loans. But my £15K student loan is very low interest (Just above inflation).

Is it better to INVEST my money now e.g. bonds/shares/ ISA etc or is it better to PAY OFF my loan. With an investment that gave regular dividends I could maybe pay off my student loan faster than if I didn't invest. Any thoughts?

I took a week vacation off work and was looking forward to getting some much needed work done around my house! (Like painting and getting ready to put in hardwood floors, etc) Wellll - my husband decided to take the time off too and he is just going to be in the way! A while back I read of a simple saying in English that was sent for independent translation into Greek and then sent again to another translator to be translated from the Greek back into English, The saying was:
"Boys don't make passes at girls who wear glasses"
after translation into Greek and once again into English the phrase came out as:
"The men don't make the moves and the ladies who use the crystals"
I think this is a great example of how meaning can be lost and altered when text is translated, and we must remember the Bible has been through so many more layers of translation so the effects will be even greater.

i have this bad tooth Ache.I think i have a cavity or i could be my wisdom tooth? but its kind of hurts a little. my mom's work is so stupid! they don't Provide life insurace for me and my family. does this mean i CAN'T see a dentist about my tooth ache? because i have NO life insurance? because i need a back up plan if the pain gets worse.

Hey. There is a guy who is friends with my best friend. Well my best friend brang him over two days ago and i met him for the first time and she said that he likes me. Its kind of complicated because i don't feel the same about him, and i already like somebody else. I told my best friend that i liked him more then a friend when i really don't because i didn't want to hurt his feelings. I feel really bad about this, i just didn't want him to get hurt but now he knows that i don't feel the same because my best friend told him. I don't think he gets the message because he keeps on texting me asking if i would go out with him. Was i wrong to not tell him the truth straight away? i mean he is a nice guy i just want to be friends with him but nothing more than that. Thanks :)
