I have consistently for the past 6 months checked my blood pressure and despite lowering my sodium intake and exercising more it has not moved at all. I continue to exercise daily and avoid salty foods as best I can and see no change. I know the effects of hypertension are serious and should be treated but information on pre-hypertension is not distinct in what should be done. My brother follows a very strict healthy diet (very low salt and lots of fruits and vegetables), exercises more than me (he rides his bike to work about 4 miles one way), and despite being taller than me and weighing less (5’11” and 150 pounds, I’m 5’7” 155 pounds) he has a B.P. that’s about the same (falls in the range considered pre-hypertension). Are we destined to be on B.P. Medication or is there something reasonable that can be incorporated into our lives to help control our B.P. It seems to me that medication will be the eventually outcome but I’m still holding onto the hope of controlling my B.P. on my own.

I was just wondering if anyone know's if you are able to buy the Southwest Chiptole Sauce they have at Subway restaurants. I went to one of my local Subway restaurant and asked but the guy there seemed clueless. I am just wondering if anyone here knows where I can purchase it or anything. Its a great sauce to have it on your Sub:)

Do you think the Chicago Bulls should trade Kirk Hinrich, Ben Gordon and Tyrus Thomas or Joakim Noah plus conditional 2009 1st round pick for Kobe Bryant. my dad really really loves my sis... and he pays no attention to me.. my sister is 19 and i'm 15... he is not with my mum any more and we both live with our mum... but every time we go to see him it's all about my sis... it hurts heaps he makes me feel like i'm not there... i hate it...

I have one linksys wired router where the internet plugs into, and then i have the wireless router linked to the wired router. I want the second wireless router that is downstairs to send a signal too so i can connect to just one big network wherever i am. I can not figure out how to link the two wireless routers obviously since there are not two uplink ports.

My multi-vitamin has about 100 or more percent of the recommended daily dose for each mineral and vitamin. If I get extra vitamins and minerals from my meals and from this vegetarian protein shake I take, will I be getting too much vitamins/minerals? Could I overdose?

For instance, my multi has 35 mg, 175% of Niacin; my shake has 20 mg, 100%. In addition to that, I will probably be getting some extra niacin from the foods I eat. Am I getting too much?

Would it be safe to take my multi along with my two veggie shakes daily?

If you do not understand my question, please ask in your answer, as I will check back to answer anybody's questions.

be on welfare and take the easy way out.... or work, mind you working hard is better so you can have the things that you want. Thats what i think, even though i am not working right now because i have a little one and I have colitis and its very hard just having a normal life. Just want your opinion.
