I don't know dreamweaver, but basically you need a script (php, perl, cgi, etc.) that you can call from an HTML form. Google for "php mail script" and you'll get a lot of examples.

You need a server side script (asp, php, coldfusion, etc.) HTML alone can't do that. Windows 2000 and newer versions have built in ASP try it.

you will need to use some scripting. One other way is to see if your hosting provider already provides this service. This is not possible to do in pure HTML
