I was just wondering if anyone know's if you are able to buy the Southwest Chiptole Sauce they have at Subway restaurants. I went to one of my local Subway restaurant and asked but the guy there seemed clueless. I am just wondering if anyone here knows where I can purchase it or anything. Its a great sauce to have it on your Sub:)

Subway's Chipotle Southwest Sauce
1 Quart mayonnaise
2 Ounces Dijon mustard
2 Ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
4 Ounces chipotle in adobo pureed
1 Ounce fresh garlic minced
To taste salt
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic. Add salt to taste. Cover and chill before sandwich preparation.
Yields sauce for 24 sandwiches.

Ew, I had to take out the garbage and I found a box with the ingredients for their southwest sauce. Let's just say it could be size of a thesis.
Just buy some chipotle sauce, it's available in most stores. At my store, that's what we use.

Really? I've bought the Sweet Onion sauce from Subway before, so I'd assume they'd sell the Southwest Sauce...

I like it best when I add some juice in combination with Southwest sauce. My gal Melrose can tell you all about how I love having her special juice all the time.

Subway does not sell it by the bottle. It is easy to get close to the recipe see your other answer. But you will never get it exact.

Why not get on line and try to find a copycat recipe of it since they usually taste really close to it and it will be just as good.
