my dad really really loves my sis... and he pays no attention to me.. my sister is 19 and i'm 15... he is not with my mum any more and we both live with our mum... but every time we go to see him it's all about my sis... it hurts heaps he makes me feel like i'm not there... i hate it...

l do not really know,maybe its simply because your sister is the eldest and therefore has spent more time with her.l guess it would not hurt to have a frank chat with your dad over this.He might get a surprise as know how you are feeling about this situation.l am sure he loves you just as much.

he probably doesn't mean it, it's kinda a natural thing for first borns to get more attention (because they need it, not always a good thing). It's the same with me sorta (sis-17 me-15) and it's also natural for second borns to feel left out easily i know sometimes i do but your parents love you equally. Respect your family because at the end of the day, you (sometimes) only have family (sometimes you have more ) :)

well its kinda like that with me too, there's more connection with my sister than with me. they both like fishing and stuff like that. but i think you should tell YOUR MOM to talk to him if you can't.
