last night she was getting ready to shed. she was left alone all night and then this morning i found she had dropped her tail. she was not poorly handled as she wasnt handled at all. could this be because she was shedding? she is my little problem child so i feel horrible. we have to hand feed her crickets and CGD because she wont feed herself. i'm having doubts about her making it through can someone give me help of any kind. all my other geckos are completly health. please dont be mean i just want to help her.

I have utilities to clean them out but cannot you prevent them from even getting in at all? The no. 1 culprit is when i get on Yahoo, it really accounts for 90% of spy entries in my registry. Hate to disconnect altogether from Yahoo, but it so damn annoying. Slows up the system. I would like to block the suckers. Ideas and feedback?

I have had a weak, bad, unstable stomach since i was a kid...
i hardly went to doctors because they were so random.
Recently i went to a doctor who told me i had irritable bowel syndrome, so i already know what it is. I know im not supposed to eat sour, spicy hot stuff, and also coffee, tea. I had medication which was of no use. In the past, i also had a tube go down to my stomach to examine but also nothing was found.
I recently banned myself from drinking milk and eating milk-related stuff such as chocolate and cheese because i find its safer not to eat them, and also oily food/snacks.
I've also banned myself from all kinds of drinks except water, milo and occasionally apple juice.

Nothing seems to work. The pain is still unbearable, unexpectable. its going to drive me crazy after almost a life of dealing with stomach pain almost every week. No particular food triggers the pain.

I wish someone could tell me what to do, because im so stressed out, and i have a hemorrhoid as well

Attention Tax Honesty members. Forget 861 and the 16th!Stop asking if the Income Tax is Constitutional. That's the wrong question. It doesn't matter!! If you don't have income you don't owe income tax.

Your homework: Study Eisner v Macomber starting at "Income may be defined as..." and ending at "Nothing else answers the description." That is THE official legal definition of income. Period.

ANY profit above "capital investment" is defined as income. If you earn profits you are subject to the income tax, period. Totally constitutional on all fronts.

But:

-We are not serfs mandated to surrender our compensation for laboring for our living to the king.

-Labor is property - too short to prove here. Research it.

-You trade labor for equal compensation. Paychecks are not profit! Labor has value!

-We have the right to contract, to pursue happiness and earn a living. Making a profit above that is taxable as a privalege.

How would I go about this with the insurance company. They're sending out an estimator to look at the damage and was told they issue a check based on the assessed damage. Could I cash the insurance check and do my own repairs. I don't care about the minor cosmetic stuff and I can fix mechanical myself.
