Wow, thats different. When I was in jail my girl had to actually come to the jail and pick it up. Didnt know the po po would actually deliver the crap. Send him some money for his commissary and he'll be good to go. And maybe accept some collect calls from him and let him use "three way" so his buddies can call people who have collect call blocks on their phones.
