Iwent to sainsburys yesterday, a large food and cloths store, the shelves was empty of some of the every day items, looked around for a floor walker for info, not one in sight,went to info desk ,,15 people deep waiting to be seen , get to check out,,half of them seemed closed, does this happen to you ,???

If you were about to get married, would you insist on a prenupt? I would myself, I've worked too hard for the things I have in life to lose it in a divorce settlement. Now I do agree that anything accumulated after the marriage should be community property.

There are several different ways to do it, but does it really help your body lose weight and use energy more efficiently?

Does it help you "feel" better? That right there can help its part in losing weight and confidence. The mind-body connection is more amazing and prominent than you think.

I know its intended to be a one time or occasional thing.

Yesterday a box popped up on my screen saying that there was a virus found or something but then it said "action taken: quarantined". When I close the box it just pops up again and at the bottom it says how many notifications there are. I think it was something like Trojan horse or something like that and it was like some symantec anti-virus notification. Anyways then I went into "My Computer" and double clicked on "Local Disk (D:)" and it said that "Local Disk (D:) is not a valid win32 application". Same thing for Local Disk C. Can someone please tell me what is wrong with it and how can I fix it? I already tried restarting my computer and I left it off since last night. I can't access anything in (D:). What should I do?

1.Swearing - Swearing was invented as a compromise between running away and fighting.

I'm not sure if whoever wrote my chemistry text book just sucks at chemistry, or if they completely forgot to mention something. In reactions where a chemical catalyst is involved (i.e. CH4(g) + H2O(g) >>> nickel catalyst >>> CO(g) + 3H2), are you supposed to do something different to figure out delta H rather than just using "Delta H = sigma n delta H (products) - sigma n delta H (reactants)"?

Because for the question I mentioned above I keep getting delta H as 205.7 kJ, but the book says it is supposed to be 249.7 kJ.

This has happened to me with two questions in there involving chemical catalysts so far... Are the answers in my book just wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In class my history teacher said that the very first slaves were sold to the whites by other rival African tribes that captured and enslaved them so it really the Blacks fault that slavery in America existed. Even if he only meant it as a class lesson I feel his way is quite offensive. I don't even one second think its the fault of any one living today and no one today should have to pay people today for it considering neither side was even remotely involved. Any way sorry for the side track. My question basically is this.....Was my teacher wrong? For not only teaching this(unless its true) and also for the way it was said. You cant help but sense the racism in his voice.

It seems like I am the only person who can't remember anything about my childhood...whether it be good or bad...the only thing I can remember is being raped at 9 yrs old, I cant remember anything from before or after the abuse, only a few minor details...like being the 1st one to learn to tie my shoe in pre school..and I remember 1 incendent btwn my dad and my ex step mom where my dad threw my mom up against a tree when they were fighting...I know it sounds weird..but that's all I can remember up until about the age of 17 [I am 19 now] Why cant I remember like any of my childhood?? What's wrong with me? Thanks in advance!

I got a used 91 accord last week and tried changing the bulbs of the headlights.

A few times, I went to the drivers seat to turn on the lights (without starting the car) to see if the new bulbs were working. They never did, but that's not what I'm concerned about.

I fully installed the new lights, deciding I'll just take them to the auto garage tomorrow. After putting everything back together, I tried turning on the lights. The only lights that were on were the parking lights, and they were VERY VERY dim.

I tried the brights, they didn't turn on at all. My dashboard didn't light up. I tried starting the car, and nothing happened. I didn't hear ANYTHING. The battery light on the dashboard was lit, but it was very faint.

I couldn't have had the lights on for over 10 minutes total.
What gives?
