So if one takes the Income Tax Course and passes the class, does that guarantee employment with HR Block? I am aware its only for Tax Season (until April 15th). But a job from now to April will be sufficient [im going to college full-time and graduating this year]. I just want to know if its almost a sure thing so I can put my 2 wks notice with my current employer . (The accerlated course starts last week in Nov).

My husband will be graduating with a B.S in computer science this May. We're looking to move to Huntsville, Alabama because of the number of high level tech jobs available with defense contractors down there. Some of the jobs he's seen advertised require a current security clearance for all applicants. How easy is it to get one of those and how much does it cost?

He's 24, is a natural born US citizen and has no criminal record whatsoever, he's never even had a speeding ticket.

He's the son of a retired Air Force Master Sergeant and lived on military bases until he was 19 so he's familiar with the military personnel procedures for getting one of those things but he has no idea how to get one as a civilian

He's my guy friend and I've known him for 3 years. He is so sexy and fine, but he he's also known for being a big flirt and player. Last night I went to a friend's 18th and was planning on staying designated so i could drive home afterwards. I had one beer when I arrived at 8:30pm and about 5 glasses of pineapple punch (which 5 people told me was NON ALCOHOLIC). at 2am I left and got pulled over and RBT'd and the policeman said my BAC was 0.115. I got arrested and have to go to court on the 6th of december.

Will it help in court that somebody poured alcohol in the punch without anyone's knowledge? I am only 17 and on my Provisional P1 license and have never even had a speeding fine.

I really need some advice about what to do in court etc and what would my penalty be?

its about the size of a nail head, and at the bottom of my keel. my dad used fiberglass patch on it about 5 years ago, and it rubbed out after beaching it so many times. the boat has been sitting for about 2 years and i got it all done but that part. should i plug it with a bondo type stuff or should i re glass it? or both? and should i paint the hull too? thanks
