i am feeling really depressed, i have a physical disablity, i have never had a bf and i have like one friend that i never see and no one else HELP!

I thought I was depressed around that age, but then I realized that I needed something to keep me interested. All I did was go to school, play sports, and hanging with friends (not the best crowd either), and I still think I was having problems. Those were more like demands then interests.

find something to keep you happy. I know people that all the money in the world (and they are frugal), no girlfriend, shows no real interest in having a child. They just found happiness in helping others.

Hobbies are good. Do whatever makes you feel good. Everyone has there ups and down, you are not alone.

Remember! Your 18, may take time to get over whatever you are feeling, but you will beat the bad feelings. The body, mind, and soul is an amazing trio. You'll adapt, you have no choice but to adapt. From there things will only get better.

Try to find a job if you dont have one. You can interact with people. Usually depressed people stay alone alone. Try to make a routine for the day to keep your mind off of what ever is making you sad. Not everyone has a bf because most of the time they end up betraying you.

friends aren't necessary in this life... as a matter a fact i think i would have done better in school if i didn't have any friends slowing me down. and not having to worry about a social life. physical disabilities i don't look at as disabilities.. how are you disable if others can do something that you cant? cheerleaders can do the splits, i sure as hell cant, does that make me splits-disabled? and everyone really does have a soul mate on this planet, you just have to look in the right place, you find that place by digging deep inside yourself.

hmmmmm well i kinda understand, try to get out more, go meet people. depressed or not make your self go out and make friends, be nice to people and they should be nice back. i also know that when you become depressed you start pulling away from family and friends, sooo dont. just try and keep you head up, things WILL get better, and go out and meet new people. you might also talk to your doctor about changing you meds?

find a hobby. know it sounds cheesy but it's something that you can do to get your mind off of things. make sure that it's something that you can be proud of (ie don't let your new hobby be snorting coke)

i chose lawn care, it helped me through my divorce.. looking back on it now i should have chose something a bit more social, but at that point anything was better than nothing. best of luck to ya
