After I take my morning shower, I get back in bed, naked and still damp. I snuggle in the covers and pillows, feeling guilty but content like when I was delaying getting out of my warm bed on cold winter mornings as a little girl. I stay there for 10 or 20 minutes of bliss before I get up, get dressed, and get headed to work. Usually only works on weekdays, though. On Saturdays when I have plenty of time to sleep in, I'm not interested in going back to bed or staying in bed -- unless, of course, I'm being nagged by my partner that we've got to get some errand or something done, then I try to convince him that I have a headache or body aches or nausea or anything that I can take the extra minutes in bed to "relieve" my short-lived illness.
