I'm determined to get back on track with my toning and whatnot - but exercises like crunches & situps hurt my tailbone which is shocking with as much padding as I've got ...lol... but seriously - what other exercises are effective at strengthening my core?

Also, what toning exercises have you done for any part of the body that showed results quickly?

Going to a gym is out due to time and (mostly) money, so at home exercises are preferred.

I have been with my wife for about seven years now and we have a nine month old son. I would say for the past two years things have been different, we fight a lot and dont really have much to talk about. My wife has had a very hard life, her mother died very young, abuse and attempted suicides. So at times she is very hard to deal with.... actually almost insane. I think this is really beginning to get to me but I try to make things work for her and most importantly our son. I feel like I get no respect or appreciation, I work six days a week and take care of our son at night while she goes to school. All I ask is she take care of our son and clean up around the house but lately that has not been happening and she complains about how I dont show her any attention or help out. I feel like I do more than my share and Im really tired of it. Of course this is only my side of the situation, as she may see things differently. We have talked but it only seems to help for a short time.

Reason i ask a woman held the door open for me when i was like 30 ft away yesterday causing me to have to rush. When i did not break into a sprint she shot me a nasty look. Never mind the employees upset about heat streaming out on a freezing morning. I say if you are further than 7 ft, the only right thing to do is let the door fall and you can open it yourself.

I am 2 weeks and a day late. I have had tender breasts for about 1.5-2 weeks, a lot of cramping. The cramps sometimes feel like shooting pains throuhgout my abdomen. What does this mean? Are these heave symptoms?

All my co-workers liked & respected me
I really worked hard and for longer hours than I suppose to do, expecting nothing in return.

Being good in my job, and being liked by most of the co-workers, made my boss feel very uncomfortable, he started to hate me, I could feel it... so, he didn't renew my contract.. I did accept it. I did work soooo hard till my minutes there. In my last meeting with my bass, I found no reason to show or tell him how unfair he was to me..so I told him in a very polite and decent way how grateful I am for giving me the chance to work for this esteemed Co. and that I will always be there for them if they ever needed me... by nature, I hate to hate... I always prefer to have as less enemies as ever possible...

A few days ago one of my clients (also a friend) went to the Co. and was very badly treated by my ex-boss, he humiliated him even... and on top of that he told him in front of some employees that I made lots of mistakes which he is trying to correct !!!!
Is that fair????
Do I have any legal rights?
Can I sue him?
Please advise

I have bought an opk and have tested everyday since the last day of my period which was back on the 4th ok I'll be honest twice somedays.My question is my husband works 24 hour shifts so if I do get a darker line when he is not here and can't do the act right than how much time do I have.I wish there was abuzzer or something that told you the exact time the egg was released lol

I have relative who swears by 'snake pills.' Basically it's snake venom that's taken orally. It's supossedly a cure all to aches and pains. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this or tried it. Thanks!

okay so i have reached the end of my tether with partner, know in my heart the best thing for everyone is for us to split. have known for a long time but different things have held me back, ie. house, money, status, my own hangups about not having contact with my dad when i was a child, the practacalities of it, the upset it will cause to my life to my kids life etc
