if this happens often, it could be a sign of fibroids...they're nothing to worry about...you can have them removed...but they can cause heavy bleeding...

I have always had a heavy menstrual cycle and I have repeatedly had trouble getting myself to stop. It seems that all that heavy menstruating can create a sodium imbalance. You have flushed out all your sodium and potassium and now you cannot retain your water. I pop extra Vitamin C and by the third day of my cycle my gums are tender and easily scratched raw. I do this every time.
You can get some orange juice or a sports drink, something with lots of sodium or potassium and pour a nice tall glass and drink it up. If you've been menstruating for a week I expect you to be anemic and, so take some acetaminophen before you do that to prevent cramps. If you're that heavy, this won't up and make it stop, but you should noticeably slow down. It may turn a dirty brown or you may find you just go off on infrequent spurts. This should be a big improvement. The next morning, get another glass. You should plug right up. If you are still flowing too heavily, by all means get more juice.
You may feel like you're coming off an edgy high so don't be surprised if you become sleepy or feel a bit of a letdown. You may find you become terribly thirsty. Try and go with the flow. Drink a little bit at a time. You can always go back for more. You are dehydrated and you have flushed out all your B complex vitamins so your digestion should be off. Give it a couple of days before you feel yourself again. Some B complex vitamins and some iron would help your digestion and get your strength up, but I understand if you're not up to it. Please don't overexert, my interest is in helping you feel better.
I hope this helps you.

yeahhh dw its normal, if this period is heavier than the rest it's nothing to worry about. mine used to be light for like 4 days or so but now theyre 7 days long and very heavy the entire time. Although, I've been on the pill to help with the heaviness etc and theyre much much better now, so if these heavy periods become a regular thing for you, that's always an option xx

pass to the ER now. Get an ultrasound finished, they'll do one in case you ask for one. It looks like she may well be miscarrying. My mom miscarried at 4 months, and he or she had bleeding for each week, and went to the wellbeing practitioner another day for ultrasounds and sometime there replaced right into a heartbeat and the bext pass to there wasnt. i'm very sorry in case you're dealing with a miscarriage i know how heartbreaking it somewhat is. sturdy success, i visit desire for the final.
