Hi,
I am leaving in South Carolina state and work in Texas state on travel basis. Texas state doesn't have any state tax whereas South Carolina state has the state tax. My employer is generating paystub with SC state tax but not as per the Texas state rules. They are giving an explanation saying that even I work in any no-taxable state, the paystub is generated as per the home state where you are living.
Is it true? Is yes can anyone give me a link where this as been explained.

We've been going out for like a year, and really love each other. But every time we are alone, he always tries to tickle me especially my feet. I am EXTREMLY ticklish on my feet (but no where else?), but I don't really want to be tickled. It apparantly makes me look cuter, but I don't know? Plz help me!

Yesterday I learned from the news that this mother 'forgot' to take her infant to day care, and she went straight to work and worked all day. An 8 hour day. She gets off of work only to find that her baby boy died from being left in the vehicle all day in the heat. The article mentions that experts say the increase of children dying in vehicles coinsides w/the practice of putting children in the back seat where they are more easily forgotten. How can 'experts' excuse a parent by saying that these particular incidences coinside with putting the child in the back seat? How is it that parents "forget" about their children? I'm a parent, and there is no way I would forget about my child. What in the world is going on with parents now a days? They leave their kids in their cars/trucks to suffocate, I just read of another mother/father that left their two toddlers to wonder an apartment complex on their own. Kids drowning all the time in their own pool. Why the increase in children's death?

You're talking to an ex-catholic altar boy, and I was told by a Christian Brother that even the church in Rome took the Old Testament with a pinch of salt. The earth being made in 6 days, Adam & Eve... No-one really believes that. Yet you get these new upstart American fundamentalists churches that take Genesis as,,,,well gospel!

I mean, just because it is in the bible shouldn't make it unchallengeable. Who wrote it, from what source did it come, is there any proof anywhere that says Genesis was divine? When did God share with us that he did make the world in 6 days? When did God denounce evolution? Yet there we have Kentucky trying to make schools only teach creationism.

So why does this age old story that someone made up concerning the creation of the earth hold such respect with some of these churches in the States? I mean Christians the rest of the world over are happy to dismiss the Genesis fable, why not the US bible belt? What part of this tale is credible?

The only 2 stories I can find about Jesus being a kid is his birth and when he spoke with the elders. It then just goes on into his years of ministry. So, did Christ do anything significant as a adolescent?

Brief rundown: I am 28, B/f is 29 and we've been together for a bit over 2 years & now have a 3month old daughter.
A few weeks ago we had an argument over the baby. I think he does not want her around, or only when it is convenient or she is happy. He is wishy-washy and I told him he needed to start helping more with her. (She is collicky, mind you) At one point during our argument he said, "If you don't like it there's the door." So, I called his bluff, packed a few things for myself and my child and went to my sister's. Once he realized I wasn't kidding, he begged me to stay. I had to leave to make a point that I would not put up with his disrespect.
Now...a couple of days ago, he left his email open...so...I peaked a little:) and found an email he sent to some chic on a porno personals website. The subject line was "True Love". He said he was looking for true love and someone to spend good times with. Now he is talking about buying me an engagement ring. What do I do?
