i want to know why people do work in pyschology. why is it so important?

Most work seeks to answer some sort of question.

Psychology seeks to determine HOW and WHY we arrive at those answers. Essentially, psychology is interested in finding out the mental factors that determine our wellbeing.

The importance of that should be self-evident.

Because they feel it is important to understand how the human brain works while it is actually interacting with other people, objects, or itself.
When all necessities are dealt with, such as health, what is more important than understanding how the human brain works?

Psychology is the study regarding human internal state and its effect displayed as "behavior."

Working in psychology is important because this study can apply to many fields: business, research, medicine, culture, and treatment.
