Here you go...

ABSOLUTE LOCATION:

53º 42' 35" N
27º 57' 12" E

Based on Belarus' centroid

RELATIVE LOCATION (if needed):

Belarus is 600km west of Germany's eastern Border.

To help you understand. Absolute location is the coordinates, the specific location. Relative locations are where something is compared (relative) to something else.

EDIT: I provided you with the absolute location....

The Republic of Belarus is a new independent state that has been formed as a result of dissolution of the USSR.

The overall territory of Belarus is 207.600 square kilometers

The geopolitical location of Belarus is favorable (between West and East in the center of Europe). It borders the Russian Federation in the East, Poland in the West, Lithuania and Latvia in the North and the Ukraine in the South. Natural conditions in the Republic are very favorable for people’s living and activity: continental temperate climate, predominantly flat- mountainous relief, well-developed hydrogeographical network, variety of soils, rich flora and fauna.

Heilongjiang --A river of northeast Asia flowing about 2,896 km (1,800 mi) mainly along the border between China and Russia. One of the chief waterways of Asia, it drains into Tatar Strait opposite Sakhalin Island. It is in northeastern Asia. [In English=Amur] The Amur proper begins at the confluence of the Shilka and Argun rivers and is 1,755 mi (2,824 km) long. It flows east-southeast along the Russian-Chinese border to Khabarovsk, Siberia, and then northeast across Russian territory to empty into the Tatar Strait. Among its tributaries are the Zeya, Bureya, and Ussuri rivers. Since the 18th century, Russians have settled to the north of the river and Chinese to the south, a situation that since 1950 has provoked occasional border clashes.

If I had to answer that question I would say:

Belarus is a landlocked country located in Eastern Europe. It shares borders with Russia to the east, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, and Lithuania and Latvia to the north.
