My brother is a truck driver. Only home every other weekend. Wife out of the blue wants a divorce. He does a credit report and finds out she forged his name to several credit cards, ran up about 60K in debt, forged and cleaned out his life insurance policy, and also (she was filing seperately) had a 25K IRS tax lean against house. She's didn't file her taxes a year or two.

His divorce lawyer doesn't seem too versed in bankruptcy law. Here's the situation: Court ordered her to assume about $47,000 of the $60,000 in credit card debt. When house is sold, they both clear about $50K a piece. IRS gets about 30K of hers. Credit card companies are threatening garnishing his wages. She is "hiding" from them. If he charges her with credit fraud she'll lose her nursing job (can't have a felony as a nurse) and he'd get custody of the kid. He doesn't want to do that but may have no choice. How can he get them off his back since she's signed a court order saying she's responsible? Bankruptcy? Etc

According to the Koran women are unclean most of the time and everything they touch or come in contact with is also unclean .

So how can Hillary negotiate or even have contact with Arab leaders . She can not even touch a treaty that will be signed by Arab men during her unclean time .
Women according to the Koran are only clean several days during the month .

This money is actually solely under his name. In actuality it was not a gift.. it is actually his parents money that they do not want under their name.. hiding it from the IRA...

I have a cat that I adopted from the Humance Society... I am going to assume that he was abused before because he bites alot... and if you put your face anywhere near his he will bite you... you can't kiss him or anything... I love to play with him he is so cute but his biting is just awful... and he has massive teeth!! I refuse to 'spank' him even though my mom tells me to because then he will think that im abusing him too...

Is there anything I can do to make him stop this?

He is about 5 years old now and I have had him for almost 2 years. I refuse to give him back or get rid of him.

My friends think I'm weird because I love tanlines on women. I love the upper part when they are wearing a shirt that shows where their bikini was. Also, love the thong part that shows where the bottom bikini was.

I've been working for this company for over 10 years now and all of the sudden they have cut my hours in half and their not supplying me with the materials I need to perform my job satisfactorly. No matter who I complain to, like my Union or my Supervisior, no one will lisren or they just don't give a damn. Also, they have started firing employees who have been there for years and these employees have'nt had any problems at work in the past. In their place, They're hiring workers who are illegal immigrants who I guess are working for a smaller paycheck. I'm worried about my job status, how much longer do I have? Please help.

I hope that bible **** is not true, really. People and I, deserve to get punished, you should not be able to get away with things, what if you killed someone, you can just be forgiven? And most people commit sins regularly and don't regret them, and just keep doing them without learning from them. I want to be punished for what I did wrong. It is not just or right for someone to get off so easy. I hope God is not so forgiving and that He really teaches us a lesson and sends us to hell. The way the human race is is so offensive. I don't think anyone, not even Him woudl be happy with what we are doing to ourselves and His world that He created for us.
