There is no place where the sun remains overhead for most of the year as it is always moving (apparent movement only)between the tropic of cancer and tropic of capricorn.Except over these two latitudes(23.5 N and S),the sun remains overhead on the remaining latitudes (between these two latitudes),maximum two times in a year.
