Someone on here said "there is no bad Beatles Album" which is entirely correct, but since your a new listener, Id go straight for A Hard Day's Night or maybe even Help!, just to get you fully into the Beatles and prepared for what the White Album, Revolver, Sgt. Peppers have to offer.
Then you can backtrack and listen to their earlier stuff and then realize how much they transformed music.

Really hard to say, because on any given day it could be any given album. BUT if I had to put a few in order:
1. White Album
2. Abbey Road
3. Rubber Soul
4. Sgt. Pepper's
5. Revolver
6. Yesterday and Today
7. A Hard Day's Night
8. Magical Mystery Tous
9. HELP
10. Meet the Beatles

Meet the Beatles.
It's the 1st one, and makes a perfect starting-out point.. especially to see how the Music changes over the years. People have been arguing which is the "best" centering on Sgt. Pepper, White Album & Revolver for about 40 years now... that's 40 years. I'd start at the place, where it all began...

My two favorites are the White Album and Abbey Road, but there's no such thing as a bad Beatles album.

abbey road is their best album also their last album. But i don't think you should start with that album. you should hear how they evolved as a band. Start with rubber soul and revolver.

They're all good. Might try listening to them in chronological order, to follow the band's musical evolution.
Or, you could just go straight to "Revolver."

All their later stuff is fabulous; but Revolver seems to be a turning point for the better.
