What's a safe vehicle for a family of 5 and like to go camping?

My sister owns a Dodge Durango and it's worked great! She has 5 kids and they all fit good. Plus I've borrowed it to take some road trips and it drives nice.

The only time it doesn't drive nice is when she's driving because that means it's going 1,000 mph and there are kids holding on to dear life! ;o)

Land Rover LR3 comes to mind as does a Hummer.

We use our toyota minivan.
