I was at a mall today in St. Louis and witnessed blatant discrimination by the police. First, a cop who was patrolling the mall walked right past my friend and I and asked three black teenagers behind us to open up their bags to check for shoplifting. Two of the guys had no bag, and one guy had a tiny slip bag on his back. This was obviously racially motivated; I could have fit a person into the purse I was carrying, and the cop didn't look at me for a second. Then as we were leaving, three black women were trying to enter the mall, and another police officer made them leave because he said they were underage and they refused to show ID (17+ age limit). The women were clearly 25+ years of age, and obviously furious, and when they tried to argue, the cop threatened to arrest them! My friend and I were in sweats, and looked about 13 years old at the time, and were never asked for ID. Who do I tell? The police are clearly not the answer in this case, and the mall doesn't seem to care...

When i found out, i went off on my mom, calling her all sorts of names, i was upset, i felt lied to, my dad is my stepdad, but he has been there for me since i was 3 yrs old. I had the upmost respect for my mother until this happened. and now i dont have the nerve to talk to her as i have so much hatred for what she did. The reason she gave was that my dad hasnt worked in a 1yr, to me that is not an excuse at all, you dont go cheat on your husband of 20 years just because he doesnt have a job. Please help me bring my family back together.

life is pointless... what is life all about? why were we created??? to eat? sleep? help the society and then die?

I kinda believe in God... I am a semi-Christian.. well i dont know what the heck i believe in now... If im a "christian" why dont i just disappear and show up in "heaven or paradise" and end all this? what the hell is life all about? life is stupid. life is poinless. life is a waste of everything... are we all but test animals that God is experimenting with?

I missed my period in oct and now nov (due on 2nd of every month)...I thought my cycle was just jacked up due to stress since I just moved to Japan from america. Anyway I took a home test for pregnancy and turned up positive on oct 23rd. I still was in denial because im 28yrs old and tried to get pregnant for most of my adult life and it never happend.

Anyway here is the question... is my baby going to be healthy even though I smoked? I smoked throughout this entire 9 weeks and I feel like a loser, I hate myself right now, and I feel selfish and shouldve listened to my body telling me it was preggers. Will my baby be fine. I quit as soon as my blood test came back positive today. Help me, im having a hard time living with myself and I dont think this depression will subside because i Put the baby at risk in the name of a drag off a cig:(

I was wondering why people think cheating is such a big deal.
I've never actually been in a real relationship.
I wondering why people get so upset over it.
Is it really that big of a deal if your boyfriend/girlfriend kisses someone else?

For starters, I don't *hate* kids -- that would just be weird. I just don't have any interest in them. I'm both awkward and indifferent around kids. Their behaviors seem repetitive to me and I tend to quickly lose interest and my eyes glaze over to something else. And I'm so far off from the other women who FLOCK to carriages to ooo and gooo over babies. They're kinda cute, ya, but uhh ... whatever, you know?

Some important details I'd prefer not to leave out:
I'm a 23 year old female.
No ounce of maternal intincts have kicked in yet, and I do not expect them to.
Contrary to what you may think, I'm NOT a bitter hag, but rather, I'm exceptionally happy in my life right now.
My opinion on the matter will not change.
My two sisters are just like me.
