I can't give you my recipe because it's "a family secret" but here's a little tip to keep it from getting dry try lots of tomato sauce (I'd say two cans) and some worstechire (can anyone spell this word correctly it's so confusing) sauce mixed in with the meat and also poured on top while baking.. Also bake at a lower temp for longer. Mine cooks for 4 hours but everyone who's ever had it always wants more (which we all know with meat loaf is a rarity)
Good luck!

Bacon meatloaf
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup chili sauce
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 pounds lean ground beef
• 2 bacon strips, halved
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Top with bacon.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 70-80 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Drain; let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
3. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and dry mustard until smooth. Glaze over cooked loaf and Bake extra 10 mins

Actually Rotel makes a delicious meatloaf. Add that with a couple of eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, minced garlic, a little bit of milk, salt, pepper and maybe some parsley if you have it.

I don't use a recipe. I just combine ground beef, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, onion, parsley, and garlic together so that it all sticks together and form it into a loaf. We never used ketchup in my family, we use tomato sauce. It tastes much better!
