I don't. Just because you are nervous doesn't mean you are lying. I don't buy what the lie detector says.

yea i agree...and i know some people that would lie on a question, and do somethin with their body, and somehow the dectector wont detect it

They measure autonomic responses which are beyond your control, like heart rate, blood pressure, perspiration etc.
They don't measure "nervousness" per se, but changes in these systems. It is thought that when you are untruthful, your body reacts.
Do I think they work? I think they can be fooled easily and they are not reliable means for testing truthfullness
