NEWS FLASH:

The National Emergency Banking Act March 9, 1933 48STAT. 1, Public Law 89-719, declared by President Roosevelt with the 73rd Congress signed June 5th 1933. It surrendered Sovereignty of the US Government and handed it over to debt collectors of the World Bank and the International Monetary fund ILLEGALLY.

That's why we have nukes and the Second Amendment!

We have a representative government and a dynamic constitution. If our leaders get together and agree on something like the authority to establish a national bank, they can do it. They did! This was a very hot topic from the first days of our republic. Our founding fathers were split on the topic, most notably Jefferson and Hamilton.

I always agreed with Madison, I'm skeptical of anything that gives that much power to the government. Central banks are supposed to prevent speculative bubbles, inflation, and market collapses and yet ... well... look around!

Its essentially necessary, but should be reviewed and re-authorized occasionally...

It depends on how you read and interpret the constitution, loosely or strictly.
