hi there heres my story started going the gym about 3 months back to loose some weight and gain muscle i have gained muscle but not what i want maybe because of my diet i recently changed my diet (4 days ago) to a high protein low carb and low fat diet this because i am going to start bodybuilding.

i do have a stomach on me though and i was wondering what is the best way to get rid of it mainly because i want 6 pack abs for when i go into competition ive had a look and have seen that a balance of cardio and weight training is good but can u loose the weight on your stomach without cardio training because i hate cardio excersize only thing cardio i like to do is cycling and rowing i hate running.

so what do i do plz help!!

Things in question -
1. We never received a lease. (I honestly, Don't even remember signing one).
2. The place has A LOT of structural damage, Including a HUGE hole in the floor under the carpet in my childrens room.
3. We gave them $100 of the $700 we owe them for rent, 2 weeks ago, But due to my husbands line of work, He has been missing a lot of work beacause of rainy weather.
4. They promised a lot of repairs on the place before we moved in, Nothing has been done.
5. We were promised that they would put the linolieum down in our laundry room, The guy came and measuered it, Said he would be back the next day, Didn't come back for a month, And then said to my husband "You can do this, Right".

Our landlord is filing for eviction today - How can we 'fight' this when it goes to court, and is there any chance we'll be in the right?

We have not caused any damage to the property, Have not been loud or obnoxious, and have kept things outside picked up and neat.

What is the usual age when people usually stop going trick-or-treating? I'm going this year but I wanted to take my little brother, a two-year-old, who is my heart and soul trick-or-treating but my other friends (we're all freshman in highschool so about 14-15) are going trick-or-treating too. I never seen Halloween as just a kid thing seeing as adults also do things for Halloween and sometimes enjoy it more then kids. I just seen it as a night to have fun, pretend to be something you're not and get free candy. So what age did you stop T.O.Ting and what was Halloween for you?

I have a 2004 Ford Explorer with 74,000. miles. I still owe $13,000 on this vehicle. The warranty just ran out on it and I have been debating on whether or not it'd be in my best intrest to trade it and deal with the negative equity to have something with a warranty agian..or stick it out and pay this one off (it's in the shop as of Saturday with transmission trouble) Has anyone been through this kind of thing? and could tell me what you did and how it affected you? I can't really afford a $500 a month car loan, which most new cars are.

My fiance and I have been together for over 2 years now, and have remained pure for all this time even while studying at the same college and living in the same dorm building. This has been extremely difficult, but we have upheld it to the point of suffering. Recently, however, we've been praying about it and it seems like it's time to get married. We are getting close or are already at that point where we can't physically resist being together a lot and wanting to be extremely close. We are both spiritually and emotionally united, and have been counseled that we are ready for marriage. My parents are not Christians and would never allow me to marry as long as I'm still in school. I have 2 more years to go in college. My fiance and I are hearing the call of God to be married, but with my parents it's simply impossible. Our bodies want to be united, but we don't want to commit fornication. What is there for us to do?? Please help. Thanks!

Im in my office and there are windows going the whole way around I always look out into the open sky and I don't know why I think about something flying past other than birds or clouds... I dunno, im weird.


But just then I caught something out of my eye and it was black, I looked at it thinking it was a plane just catching the light for a split second but it didn't change colour it floated like a bunch of balloons that people sometimes let go. But it wasnt in that shape I thought it was one of those planes that have a banner hanging off the back, but No plane and it was just black nothing else, the I looked away to make sure I wasn't seeing things When I looked back it looked like it looked different it was raised in the middle sort of like a shell or beetle. I don't know what this was but Im pretty freaked out. I even thought it was a bird, but it was far away and it wouldn't have been that big. Im in east London so if anyone else saw this?

What could it be?
