If you are going to be competing very soon then stick to your low carb low fat diet. However, if you are not planning on competing soon then you should raise the fat and carbs to a higher level. Try to aim for 1-1.5g of protein/lb of bodyweight per day, 2-3g of carbs/lb of bodyweight, and approximately 20-30% of the remaining calories from fats (trying to keep these fats from unsaturated). The higher carbs will allow your body to replenish its glycogen stores that were lost and this will give your muscles a much bigger and fuller look. The fat that you will be consuming is very important for increasing testosterone in you body. This is why you should never only eat egg whites in the morning; there are some healthy fats and cholesterol in the yolks that are very important for increase your testosterone.
For the cardio aspect, I hate to say it but you have to do it. Strength training burns many calories but not as much as running (plus if you do both thats twice as many calories burned off). Be careful with running and any other high intense cardio activity. At higher intensities your body will not burn fat, but it will burn off muscle glycogen and blood glucose (both of these are from carbs), and amino acids and protein (i.e. muscle). So this is not good; you need to walk at a fast pace for at least a total of 1.5-2 hrs on most days of the week when you are on a pre-contest diet. So keep the cardio at a moderate intensity. As for your pre-contest diet, lower the carbs to about half of what you were consuming (dont do this all at once though, lower it by about 50 grams per week or something), raise the protein to 1.5-2 g/lb of bodyweight, and keep the fats in the 15-20% range (unsaturated). Your abs can only be shown if you have a lower percentage of bodyfat, which is lost through cardio training. Doing ab work does not burn fat off, but it can help you sculpt a nice pair of abs. SO do you crunches, and situps and whatever you do. And of course, train very hard and keep the reps in the 8-15 range for optimum muscle hypertrophy. Email me if there are any more questions.

Good Luck

you don't want to follow a low fat diet. when the daily level of dietary fats goes below 20% testosterone production decreases, causing a decrease in the resting metabolic rate and over time a loss of muscle mass.

regarding your six pack how much effort that is going to take depends on your current level of body fat. natural bodybuilders should keep lean all year round so you need to get your body fat % down to close to 10%. this will be accomplished through the diet and with adding in some high intensity interval training. check out HIIT Cardio and Max-OT Cardio, they are very effective and short duration cardio programs which will help provide you with maximum fat loss once you get your diet nailed down. shoot for 40% protein, 40% carbs (30 grams fiber daily) and 20% fats. consume at least 5-6 meals daily spread out evenly over the course of the day.

Gym won't stunt your growth, smoking will. It's not illegal at 15 to go to gym but depends on the specific Gyms policy I suppose.Your local Police Citizens Youth Club would definitely have a gym you can use and they are cheaper .As long as you don't over do the real heavy weights and damage your back whilst your still growing it is perfectly fine to be doing weights at your age actually more young people should be.. Supplements are just extra food for the body to use after a workout the most popular being protein .Yes you can have supplements they aren't like alcohol and age specific you won't get asked ID if that is what you are thinking.

You have to do cardio, you can never get down to the ridiculously low body fat percentages that bodybuilders get down to without killing yourself with cardio. It is not just "helpful" but mandatory. But getting big and/or getting cut is 80% what you eat and 20% everything else...good luck!

he metabolic powers particular foods have to make your physique burn a lot more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, primarily based on “how many calories your body is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients each time you consume a certain food.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.
