I always buy a turkey crown for christmas as it is easy to carve, but unfortunately this can result in very dry piece of meat. I have read a lot about brining and its merits but cant seem to find any information on how long to leave it in the brine in relation to its weight. Lots of websites give some good info about making the brine but all seem very vague when it comes to specific timing. can anyone help?

I never really knew my bio father. I know he was abusive and never around when I was a child. Him and my mom spli before I was 2. My mother was always working when I was younger, so my sister and I so I never recieved the attention or love that I needed. Up until this point in my life I've sabatoged every relationship in my life. I lost a meaningful relationship of 3 yrs b/c I let my abandonment issues infaltrate a once wondeful relationship. Now she loathes me b/c I didn't want to let her go. These issues are a constant problem for me. They affect my daily life and so my quailty of life is affcted. I always think people hate me or are looking down on me. I endurded some verbal and physical abuse from a stepfather and i still hold on to those pains. I just want to wake up and be able to breath w/out feeling like I'm worthless and I am worthy of being loved.

i really like this girl alot im 13 she's 14. we live 30 minutes apart from each other. ive told her i liked her, but i really doubt she likes me as much as i do. alright, earlier this week she wanted me to sign up to myspace so both of us could chat with each other. we each only had each other as friends. the next day i see another guy who is the same age and lives in the same city and seems like a guy she would like. i called her asking who was that and she said it was a guy that she knew since middle school. She also said he has a great personality and is funny. She is one of those happy girls, i am more serious and have a horrible depression.....so she might like him more because of personality......... this plus a horrible depression equals a broken heart...... could this be true?!?!?!?!

I got my Kitten the owner says she was 12 weeks but to be honest she is alot older I would say between 6-12 months, she is abit of a handful like trying to escape but I think we can handle her, The problem is she does not like drinking water on its own I have to add alittle normal milk in there too is it ok to do that or not? My ford wouldn't say a word so I moved the battery wire a little and then it got power but it wouldn't connect. I think I may have blown a fuse or something, any suggestions?

right ok i have a problem with my neighbours! i live in a semi detached house! and its 3 in the afternoon and i dont mind people having music on! i mean i do!! but they have it so loud i can hear every word and their blumming bass box is driving me mad!! they are only renting tenants and we have been round there and asked them to turn it down before and they obviously havent listened! so how loud does it have to be for me to complain and who do i complain to?
