some benefits re you get to form a bond with customers, make money, can fend for yourself, but some disadvantages, are that you have to pay for appliances, and the bills and stuff, and if your shop ever got sued you would have to take the blame

you can run it and you don't have to follow other peoples orders. You can get whatever you want for free. You can hire people you like and don't have to work with crabby mean people....i think that is everything
