My ford wouldn't say a word so I moved the battery wire a little and then it got power but it wouldn't connect. I think I may have blown a fuse or something, any suggestions?

You may want to clean the battery terminals and tighten them up. If you have a bad connection, the alternator will not be able to recharge the battery.

The first thing to do is to clean the terminals and then recharge the battery and go from there. That may fix your problem.

good luck.

I say forget cleanign as it may be a dirty contact but more than likely a bad battery connection due to a bad terminal.... recommend replacement of the terminal

clean/replace the terminal wires, and clean the battery, or may also need to replace the battery soon..
