I was on track and had been for about two months, but then went away for a early-holiday, family reunion type thing, and over-indulged on all the food that seemed to be constantly lying around.
What do I do so that it doesn't show up? Obviously I get back on track but, what are some things I can do to ease what I've already eaten?

Some people say government is corrupt, but I believe the main problem is money and people with it, and who want more of it. They do not care about their country, it's military, or it's citizens, all they care about is getting more money and keeping it, and giving to their family to keep the cycle of corruption going. So, does it really matter where you live, as long as people with money lack a social conscience then corruption and oppression will continue to happen. Do you believe that rich people care about there country as much as they would care about another rich person from another country who could help them get more money?

All right, I've currently got 2gb ram (A-DATA 2x 1GB DIMMS 240-pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel timing: 5-5-5-18).

I upgraded to Windows Vista and I saw my computer's performance drop considerably. According to taskmanager, Vista is using 30% of my physical memory ALL the time. So... I assume that adding another 1gb of ram will boost my performance to at LEAST back to where it was BEFORE Vista.

However, I only want one 1gb and I want to go with the same brand, but the stick I want says its optimal voltage is 2.0-2.1v. My current ram 's optimal voltage is 1.8v +/- 0.1v (my mobo's lowest voltage for ram is 1.925v).

So... will I have stability issues if my new stick runs at 1.925v when the box says to run it at 2.0v?

(FYI: A-DATA ram does NOT like working outside its factory defaults, so increasing the voltage beyond 1.925v creates MAJOR system instabilities and therefore not a viable option.)

Hi guys,
I want to write a book, although i am only 15 years old i dont think this matters. I am prepared to spend 90% of my spare time writing and perfecting this book. Okay... I have an abstract question

I'm trying to figure out the name of this movie... but I havent actually seen the movie, just the preview

The only thing that stands out is this:
There is a student in a large college classroom. He walks up to the professor to turn in an assignment... after the professor reads over the paper he says "You know, you just proved a 500 year old theory wrong." And the student just says "I know"

I know, I KNOW... this is very vague, but if anyone has the name of the movie it would help A LOT!

I have lost a bit of weight over the summer, and I have a fit, but swimmers build body. I am a 'big girl' but in my normal weight range.
I am 5'4 and weight 135lbs. My waist is about 26 '' around.
Why?!
I was a litttle pudgy last year, but now people area always asking me if I am eating! I have no self estteem issues, and it kind of hurts that people wont just tell me that I look good.
What to do?!

Had a deadline of today for a company to turn something in. They are headquartered where the wildfires are being evacuated, however also have offices located in other spaces. I dont know which location my work was being done in. Need to send an email to check on the progress, but want to be respective of issues they might be having with the fire. Need some help with how to word that hopes/thoughts are with them and employees (although that sounds like a sympathy card)

My daughter is very rude to my partner we ahve been together 2 yrs and her father hasn't been around since she was 2mths old. She wont talk to him pokes , her tounge out, sticks her finger up( not very often). It leaves me and my parnter arguing and yelling and he ends up hating me cos im not being a "good" mum. My daughter admits she doesn't care if i yell and send her to her room but when my partner does she cares and it does up set her. I hate yelling at her it hurts me. I need help.

I was married when I was 21 to a controlling abusive older man. I had 2 kids and left when I was 26 (in March of 02.) That same year in September, I started dating this guy. I merried him in March of 04.

O.K. We have no kids together and don't plan on having any. He had a daughter from his 1st marriage. While we dated he showed signs of jelousy. I thought at that time they were flattering in a way. Now, it has gone on for so long it makes me crazy. He is always asking me if I'm going to leave him for another man and all sorts of other questions. Now you have to understand, for the past 2 years he has either not been home in the eavinigs helping someone with remodeling or he was trap shooting (what ever the heck that is) or playing softball, and being drunk. He was drinking everyday!

I'm not a ****** or a fighter so I let this go on too long. Now He acuses me of talking to other men online. Then he saw these "sultry" pictures I had on my page. It made me want to talk to men!

I can get connected to the Internet if I connect my laptop and 2wire together with an ethernet cable or if I use the wireless option with the 2wire. I cannot get connected if I hook the router and modem together and try to access the Linksys wirelessly. I have AT&T DSL. It seems that the Linksys is ignoring the 2wire. Right now I have the wireless option on the 2wire disabled because the signal is so poor coming from it (even from across the room), but the Linksys' signal is excellent.

How do I force the 2wire to be a plain modem so that I can access the Internet off of the Linksys? And yes, I've called both Linksys and AT&T and I've powered down and reset both the 2wire and the Linksys. I've even worked with moving the 2wire closer (not too close; like across the room) to improve the signal as an option. Serious help, short of returning the 2wire to AT&T, is needed.

Whenever I try to retrieve the multimedia, it starts to receive, but then the receiving bar goes away and the phone goes normal. Then after a couple seconds it says retrieval failed and asks if you want to try again. And I try again but the same thing happens.

These are my notes which I had to make myself from my textbook. See, my teacher DOES NOT teach us anything, and if we ask him a question he calls us idiots. Can someone make it simple for me to understand? Test tomorrow by the way.

-The fluid-mosaic model is a description of cell membrane structure in which phospholipids form a bilayer that has a fluid consistency and is studded with protein molecules.
-Lipids do not dissolve in water, thus causing a border around the cell. The edges of the border defines and contains the fluid lipid layer.
-Biochemists and electron microscopists gave researched intently on the subject and they have concluded that the cell membrane all contains a mosaic of different components scattered throughout it.
-For example, numerous protein molecules stud the phospholipid bilayer, and the phospholipid molecules and some of the proteins can drift sideways in the bilayer. This supports the idea that the phospholipid bilayer has a fluid consistency.
