yeah its 15 cants because i have it to but I'm prepaid it might be different for you u can check on att or cingular what ever u r there both the same

depends on your data plan but whene you go over it cost 15 cents

they have different plans . I get 200 for 4.99 a month. and l0 cents each after that. thats incoming and outgoing remember
