I cannot recieve or send multimedia messages on my Samsung Sync, what do I do?

Whenever I try to retrieve the multimedia, it starts to receive, but then the receiving bar goes away and the phone goes normal. Then after a couple seconds it says retrieval failed and asks if you want to try again. And I try again but the same thing happens.

You need to speak to your provider. You might not have that on your plan.

I have the same problem, the thing i did was spoke to my porvider, and they said they could not solve it so i tried to retrieve 3 times and it worked!
