I can' tthink of anything to write about..i need a good one

My posture is wayyy outta wack!! i lean noticibly forward when i stand still and also when i dance! I have tried fixing it but i cant! my dance teacher tried to fix it and it didnt work!!! I just got off the phone with my friend and he sayed it looked like i purposly stick my butt and boobs out!!! But i dont its just natural but i want to fix it.... Ive tried 'rolling under' but it just doesnt work!! How can i fix this?

Jack decided to go skiing with his buddy, Bob. They loaded up Jack's station-wagon and headed north. After driving for a few hours, they got caught in a terrible blizzard. They pulled into a nearby farmhouse and asked the attractive lady of the house if they could spend the night.
"I'm recently widowed," she explained, "and I'm afraid the neighbors will talk if I let you stay in my house."
"Not to worry," Jack said, "we'll be happy to sleep in the barn."
Nine months later, Jack got a letter from the widow's attorney. He called up his friend Bob and said, "Bob, do you remember that good-looking widow at the farm we stayed at?"
"Yes, I do."
"Did you happen to get up in the middle of the night, go up to the house and have sex with her?"
"Yes, I have to admit that I did."
"Did you happen to use my name instead of telling her your name?"
Bob's face turns red and he said, "Yeah, I'm afraid I did."
"Well, thanks! She just died and left me everything!"

I work in the medical field and we have a patient that smells so bad that other patients won't wait in the lobby with her. She also stinks up the exam room so bad that we have to spray air freshner in the room after her and keep the door open when she is waiting in the exam room. How do we gently go about fixing this problem. Thanks

How do you release a trigger point knot? I have one I can reach but don't know how to massage it out.

I know it is a trigger point: I have had many years ago massaged out by a skilled massuse.

Well, I asked this before, but considering that it was on like the 20th page, I ended that question and decided to repost it. I must be on a running streak for forgetting things, first songs, now movies. Anyways I was either watching the mtv channel or the channel that Law and Order SVU was on and this preview came up at least 10 times. This is what I remember
-There is this one guy getting shut behind bars, not a jail though
-There was this one scene when the guy (looks like a doctor) says this is gonna hurt, but its for your own good or something to a guy strapped down
-I think it was just released on DVD
-It looked like a medical thriller to me
-These people were going into this room and a door shuts i believe
-I'm pretty sure it started with the word the THE .......
-I believe the title was a verb and started with an or or r
