Color Filter?

What is your/best brand for a color filter? Also, are all the Japanese the best at making them?

The best would have to be Singh Ray filters. They're pretty expensive, but very good. I use Hoya, and Cokin more than the Singh Ray, though.

I've had excellent results from Tiffen, Hoya and B+W.
