My short Danish friend Dag from Coppenhaggen is looking for just the right person. I asked this same question this morning and received a violation. I hope it doesn't offend your delicate sensibilities, and I certainly don't mean to disparage diminutive Danes or other height challenged Scandanavians.

I know this Swiss Miss gal he might match up well with. She's a little pouchy in physique, but neutral when it comes to judging other's. She is as soft as a marshmellow when it comes to other's needs. She is the total packet. Your little Danish friend would drink her up.

I've made danish many times...the thing is to not let it get too warm while kneeding it and turning it over. and if you brush it with melted butter it will be crustier...it's a great way to start the day.
