A question came up earlier (in another category) and the answers all seemed to fall in a line, I thought (after reading them) this is ridiculous! Why can't we just apologize for our mistakes? So, my question to you: Is it really that hard to do the right thing? Why? or Why not then?

a guy has been a jerk to a lot of people, so some friends and I did something wrong to get even. We called his house and pretended to be the county Health department nurse and told his Mom we needed to see him urgently to ask all the girls he has been with.

Mean or should I write it off to temporary insanity?

i was playing tug of war with him and he jumped up to grab the rope and landed on his butt, now his tail doesnt go up , when i try to lift his tail up he cries. is it just sore. or can dogs break their tail bone? if there is such a thing?

I am sopose be writing a paper on the social, technological and economic factors in the 1960's that led to the rise of rock fm. i don't know where to start, because, i don't know much about fm station and why was rock music played on the fm station vs the am station... I have a half grown kitten and I've had him for 2 weeks. A few days ago I noticed when he uses the litter pan now he doesn't cover up his poop. Instead he scratches on the side of walls of the litter pan. The problem with him doing this is the poop is just sitting there on top and the litter isn't absorbing the odor. Can anyone tell me why he would suddenly stop covering it up?

We have been married for going on three years. I love her dearly but there are emotional things and habits that are very draining.

She laughs and talks with her friends. In fact she has a bad habit of wanting to talk with her friends more then with me. She will get on the cell as soon as I pick her up and stay on it till we are home. She does that with all my friends and family as well.

But when she talks to me 9 times out of 10 she just talks about how horrible everything in her life is. When that isn't the case. Things actually have been going very well for us but she just doesn't want to look at the positive EVER!

She always has to be doing something. She was home the other day all day. My friend happen to be there and told me all she did was clean, clean, clean. When I got home rather then her sitting down and spending time with me she continued to clean some more.

The few times she does relax and spend time with me she falls asleep almost immediately. I don't know what to do?

They don't care what kind of abusive hell a kid lives in but the dog adoption people are all over her like flies on you know what.....the inmates really run the asylum. IT'S A DOG! and it sounds as if it was being loved and cared for. What the hell do they want?

in a room in my basement there is a wall that i want to put cabinets on, but right smack dab in the middle of the wall( concrete block wall) is a outlet. it drops down from the ceiling about halfway down the wall and is obviously in a metal pipe thingy. im thinking maybe i could bend the pipe and just have that outlet near the ceiling, which would actually work well in that area. can i do it do you think? or should i call an electrician. im pretty hands on so i would like to try.

I bought a quad from a person, long story short. He took the money, never paid off the loan. The bank owns the quad and is going to repo. the ATV.

Is there a legal way I can go about getting the account information and copy of information for proof that the account was never paid off? I have been in contact with the bank and they know who I am, but can I legally get that information for proof in court?

Do I get pictures and a written contract/letter that the quad was repo'd for failure of "previous owner" breach of contract?

I am suing for the amount I paid him (2500). Can I also sue him for the amount of the background check I had to buy to get his address and phone number since he lied about his location?

Any other ideas would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

I have 40,000 in Credit Card debt. I own my house outright. If I get a Home Equity Loan and move this credit from my cards to the HELOC will it improve my credit score or will it basically stay the same?
