I want to be a Pediatrician when I get older (I am 12) because I love to work with children. What are some things that will prepare me for college, medical school, redensicy,ect because I want to be really prepared for it. Plus can you answer these following questions?
Will I need to do any internships?
What is the typical day of a pediatrician?
How many hours do I work a day? a week?
How much time do I get off for the whole year? like sick days or personal days
Do I get a union?
What is the average starting Salary of this job?What do you make a year when you start your job?
When I graduate college what degree do I have to have to get excepted into medical school? Example You could have a bachelors degree in science or something.

Also, I know how much blood sweat and tears that you have to go through to be in med school, but I want to be a Pediatrician anywayz thanks!

Im wanting to get married, im 17 and a half years old and my boyfriend is 21.I was born here in the US and he was born in Mexico. I have been with him for a long time and my family has decided for us to get married. but before i do that i want to know something.

Can i get married at 17 and a half? I know i need my parents signature but i also need to know that if i get married with him will i be able to fix his papers and make him legal at my age or at least when i turn 18? I really need your help.

For all you people who dont understand.......I am catholic and mexican, my religion is when you are with someone for so long you marry them even if your young. Since my second child and epidural, my back has been hurting in that area and is getting worse. It is now spreading down to my hip and up tp my ribs and nothing seems to be taking the pain away. It is not really constant but it can hit pretty hard out of no where. Can it be a nerve problem? What can fix it?

If used correctly are condoms good enough to prevent pregnacy? I would notice if the condom broke and then I could take the morning after pill, so are they good enough or do I have to go on the pill too, cuz I would rather not go on the pill if I don't have to.

Short simple answer: Protestants equate prayer and worship. So, when they see a Catholic praying to Mary, they think we are worshipping her.

Of course, thoughtful people know that this is ridiculous. Prayer is NOT worship. Prayer is a "request". When we pray to those who have gone to heaven ahead of us, we are making a "request" of them. And what is that request? It is that THEY pray for US. Protestants do it all the time, but they limit themselves to making this request only of people still on earth. In this, the protestant view of the Church is very narrow-minded. You see, Romans 8: 38-39 says: "neither death nor life... ...neither the present nor the future.. ..neither height nor depth, nor anything else.. ..will be able to separate us". The Family of God transcends death. We ALL LIVE IN CHRIST.

Hebrews 12: 22-24 says that as we approach God, Jesus and the angels, we also approach "the spirits of righteous men made perfect". In other words, THE SAINTS

My dad gave me money for a snack at the gas station by my house and I was walking there and a cop pulled up next to me and he said you cant be walking around here you need to be with a adult.

I'm small for my age but I'm 12 not a little kid! I said i was just going to get a pop and he stopped the car and got out and told me that I had to get in the police car and he was taking me home. Well I thought maybe he was crazy or not really a cop cuz he was acting weird so I said no to him and he screamed at me that i was resisting a officer and if I didn't want to go to jail get in the car now!

I was scard so I ran home and then the officer told my dad that I needed to be taught to obey the police.

Is that normal?

Is the Bible really the word of Satan?

I have noticed that a lot of the hate on here involves (in one way or another) a minority of Christians. This minority always seem to be the ones that back up their sometimes hateful and hurtful claims with Bible scriptures.

Yet there is a much more peaceful and loving section of Christians who do not (usually) quote the Bible, and claim to follow Jesus' example (or indeed, have a more direct relationship with God, also without the Bible).

I'm led to believe that the Bible makes people become more xenophobic, while those that follow Christ's example are altogether setting a better example of what Christianity is.

So could it be that the Bible is not truly the word of God, but actually the word of Satan?

I was doing some reading on the net in regard to the idea of Noah taking dinosaurs on the ark - which I don't believe at all, by the way, but I was interested in researching the reasoning behind the idea.

I came across a Web site which proclaims the following:

"We know that dinosaurs were alive at the time since they were fossilized during the Flood, many in active poses suggesting fear of their impending doom and horrific realization, however faint and dinosaurish, of their God-displeasing wickedness."

How do animals sin? How are animals God-displeasing? Can anyone who believes this is true explain this idea?
