Ever noticed it's always part-time workers that go over the minimum wage are the ones managers want to get rid off?
They do this because they want to save money, by getting rid of that person and hiring a new person because the beginning wage is the cheapest.
Also, whenever there's extra hours because someone called in sick, and/or can't come in and/or too much work and not enough to time complete it, they get the part time worker who makes the least amount money to work the extra hours?
The managers do that because they want to save money, otherwise if employees earnings of the week go beyond the budget the head office had given out, then it comes out of the manager's own expense.

Same girl, new problem... (recomended to check my other questions before answering.)
I need help. I'll start this out by saying that i'm an idiot, I was going to ask her out, but both days (today and yesterday) didn't work out. Yesterday was because I was trying to ditch my stupid friends who were yelling "Alex wants to ask you out!" To her when she was accross the street. She just answered “I love him!” jokingly like she usually does. Followed by "What. It's not like you like her." after I tried to stop them. Then I waited at the place where she asked me to walk with her two or three weeks back. She didn't come. Today it failed because she went the other way because she had something important to attend to. So the problem is that: She seems to be interested in some other guy, I am (was) sure that she was just waiting for me to make the first move after she found out that I like her. Yesterday, we exchanged glances in math about ten times, played basketball with me for a litle while.Today in the morning she saw me talking to my friend in the schoolyard (she was with her cousin) I saw her laugh looking in my direction. She started a conversation about a random subject. Then we exchanged glances a few times in spanish, we were both picked for the “Big Brother Big sister” program along with a few other kids from our class. She looked at me shyly (which is unlike her) biting her lip. The problem is that: she seems to be interested in this other guy in our class. He has a weird name, and she just says it loudly every time she’s talking to him. Today he was making a joke which involved the words “I love you” he said it quietly, and she from the other side of the room yells out “I love you too.” I know I’m making this sound better than it actually is, but it isn’t. Sorry if this was long and a bit confusing, but I need YOUR opinion on this. Should I be worried?

Little Johnny watched his daddy's car pass by the school playground and go into the woods. Curious, he followed the car and saw Daddy and Aunt Jane in a passionate embrace.





Little Johnny found this so interesting that he could not contain himself as he ran home and started to tell his mother, 'Mummy, I was at the playground and I saw Daddy's car go into the woods with Aunt Jane. I went back to look and he was giving Aunt Jane a big kiss, then he helped her take off her shirt. Then Aunt Jane helped Daddy take his trousers off, then Aunt Jane........'





At this point Mummy cut him off and said, 'Johnny, this is such an interesting story, suppose you save the rest of it for teatime. I want to see the look on Daddy's face when you tell it tonight.'!





At the dinner table, Mummy asked little Johnny to tell his story. Johnny started his story. 'I was at the playground and I saw Daddy's car go into the woods with Aunt Jane. I went back to look and he was giving Aunt Jane a big kiss, then he helped her take off her shirt. Then Aunt Jane helped Daddy take his trousers off, then Aunt Jane and Daddy started doing the same thing that Mummy and Uncle Bill used to do when Daddy was in the Army.'



Moral for women:

*Sometimes you need to listen to the whole story before you interrupt!!!*

I have to build a car, that travels between 5-10 in 45 seconds or less and stops whrever the judges tell it to, we wired an RC car to run in a strait line when you turn it on, w/o the remote, now for our breakign system we need a small second timer that could cut off the electricity to the motor, and stop the car on a dime, does anyone know of a "timer switch" small enoguh for an RC car?
