Sounds to me like the sciatic nerve has been damaged. Sometimes during pregnancy the position of the baby can put pressure on the sciatic nerve ( have experienced this) an epidural can exacerbate this. The only person I know who had this really bad was eventually prescribed tranquilisers. I was horrified at the time but it worked for them. Seemingly they relax the nerves so much that it gives the damaged nerve time to heal. This is in no way a recommendation, just a personal experience, perhaps you should discuss it with your GP, after all they sometimes miss the right treatment.

Very much so, I would get an mri done to see if the epidural had something to do with it...it will show if it damaged the nerve.
My mother had a nerve block put into her spine and to say the least the needle went into a nerve and she now has nerve damage forever...The only thing that will save her from pain would be the stem cell stuff..that is her only hope now...
so yes, as a person who has seen it done, go get yourself checked out...it does show up on the x-ray, saw it myself pretty scarry...sure hope you get the best of results...and find a great doctor. many wishes for a speedy recovery....

My mom stopped wetting the mattress at 20years historic and the document's mentioned they could not appreciate why she rainy for see you later. The night time earlier than she left to journey over seas was once the final time she rainy the mattress. Sometimes it's only a case of atmosphere. I wish u get beyond this situation u are younger and must be competent to transport on. P.s. If an grownup diaper stops the uncomfortableness of wetting your sheet's it is not a nasty factor. Don't be ashamed both manner!!!!

it can be a nerve problem, go to the Dr and see what they can do for you, the Dr will need to run some tests to see what your diagnosis is before sending you to Physical Therapy, get to a brace, get you something else that may help, good luck!!

dance meditation is another way of learning more. www.dancemeditation.org
consider feldenkrais, that helps a lot of injured people, so does somatic practice like 'somatic experiencing'
don't expect doctors or pills to fix it for you.
