Could be said that way. I have pondered that a decent amount.
A better explanation lies among the kind of people who are the Bible thumpers.
They tend to be very weak minded with no confidence inthemselves. They dont understand that strength comes from the person. There have been some non- christian people who you couldnt help but stand in awe of if you witnessed there deeds. Like 50 vikings slaughtering an invading....FULL sized Roman legion in a series of 3 battles.
for example.
Strength is personal. However they have always been told that it is evil and so they never touch it. They get Faux strength. Through ignorance.
I think it has more to do with ignorance and weakness then "the word of satan."
Actions are louder then words. If Jesus said turn left at a certain point.... but he went right... it stands to reason he meant right.
So following his example is much better then the bible.

Fe. You're asking the wrong people, as usual. No Christian is going to even ATTEMPT to entertain your train of thought.
There may be some atheists like me who might think you've got a point, then move on. The rest most likely won't care.
To the guy above me. If you find Fe's questions offensive, I'd suggest avoiding me. Fe is the most caring and loving guy I've ever even heard of. He doesn't do offense.
I, however, don't particularly give a flying one what you think. I say what I want, when I want, and if it offends you, don't answer, or the conversation might get pretty bad pretty quick.
PS Fe, I really need to talk to you, and it's not about ex counts this time. And no it's not BAD urgent, just something I haven't said that I probably should have. Or maybe I have now... I don't know.

The Holy Bible is the Word of God and not Satan. Following Christ is always the best way for anyone.

I'm not exactly sure what you are seeing, as I haven't seen too much hate from the christian community on here. Telling the truth is not the same thing as hate. But I'm sure some christians can appear hateful to others.
If you had terminal cancer and I had the cure, but didn't tell you about it while knowing that you were dying, that would be hate. Telling you that I have the cure and that you'll die without it is not hate.
Sin is a terminal illness. It causes death, both physically and spiritually. Christians have the cure for this disease and we keep trying to tell the dying that they don't have to die, but many see this as hate. Go figure.

How could we follow the teachings and example of Christ if we did not read about it in the Bible in the first place? I don't know of any other text that tells of the life of Christ.

What you are seeing is the difference between spiritual and religious.
The religious feel nothing of the 'god' they are supposed to and so express their confusion and lack of feeling as hate. The spiritual feel their inner being inside themselves and call it god - an error but perhaps an understandable one - and many are compelled to share the inner peace they have found.
Hopefully soon we will all have evolved past the need for religion so we can concentrate on the spiritual.

Using your logic, any writing you have done must be the word of god !!! Your point is not well taken !!! I could have answered in another way; to be sure !!! The samplings you have in mind are totally not representative !!! That is there are christians who have not even heard of this section who are not given to apologetics !!!

Very illogical question since Jesus is all through the Bible.I found that you can tell a true follower of Jesus by the FRUIT that they bear. The fruit of the Spirit is love and goodness,if it's another type of fruit then they are not of the TRUTH.

It is misunderstanding, misapplication & the actual twisting of Scripture that is causing such problems...
Not the application of what Scripture actually teaches.
Christ himself warned about such groups & individuals causing these problems, & his followers repeated his warnings:
“...Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness. --Matthew 7:22-23
" For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers...
Satan himself keeps transforming himself into an angel of light. It is therefore nothing great if his ministers also keep transforming themselves into ministers of righteousness... --2 Corinthians 11:13-15
"...These very ones will quietly bring in destructive sects and will disown even the owner that bought them... Furthermore, many will follow their acts of loose conduct, and on account of these the way of the truth will be spoken of abusively..." --2 Peter 2:1-3
“Test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world." --1 John 4:1
"All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work." --2 Timothy 3:16,17
"Make Sure of ALL things; hold fast to what isFINE."
--1 Thessalonians 5:21

If Satan is acknowledged as an allegorical personification of things that corrupt humans, bring about evil, and deceive many...then, yes.
