I mean think about it. Many(not all) Human beings seem to like doing things that they know are wrong & have to pay severe consequences if they are caught but yet do it anyway. Like murder. Rape. Hating each other b/c of race color nationality religion instead of realizing we should all work together to make this planet a peaceful place. Acting as if war & killing innocent civillians is the only answer to problems. Trying to hurt & kill others over something as petty as a sporting event. Making bombs for the purpose of destroying the very planet we live in. Cheating on others to make a buck. I have seen cats dogs & other animals treat their children better than the way some human beings treat their children. Does this sound like human beings are smart? Not to me it doesn't. I'll probably be called a liberal or even worse for ths question but that's how i feel. Have a good one everybody.

She's a good student, very mannerable and out spoken. She has a bad talking habit. She wants to be the most popular girl in her middle school. I give her everything she wants(if possible), and all I ask is to do good in school. Her grades are average(75-low 80's), I want better grades. I want her behavior in class to improve and I've tried talking, punishment and even taking away cellphone and TV. What can I do?

It is well known that Fedor refused to sign with UFC because Dana wouldn't let him fight in Sambo tournaments in Russia. Insulting Fedor's ability as a fighter can't have gone over well either. Now, Dana's hardball tactics and snot nosed arrogance has cost him and all UFC fans bigtime. There's no one to replace these two guys folks. Do you think Dana is too damn arrogant and disrespectful for his (and the UFC's) own good? I know it isn't normal to let fighters fight outside the UFC, but isn't losing Fedor to another organization and Randy to retirement a much more costly alternative? Dana was simply too damn cocky and sure of himself and even said the other day he was certain Fedor would sign by the beginning of next year. This one has really come back to bite Dana and UFC fans in the ***. If the UFC declines in popularity, Dana has only himself to blame for his arrogance and disrespect of both Fedor and Randy during contract negotiations.

I have a friend who got involved with an attached guy before. She also had a boyfriend at that time. They belong to same group of friends to whom they had to lie to because of their situation. Realizing that what they were doing was wrong, they decided to separate. Now the guy is about to marry his girlfriend. Some of their friends think his girlfriend should know about his past relationship because apparently he did not only got involved with my friend but to several girls also. Should the truth be let out in the open? Who is to tell the girl about this truth?

first im going to apply for both an NROTC schlorship and an AFROTC schlorship, after getting through that, i have many career choices , i either want to become a stealth/spec ops pilot for the AF, or pararescuman for the AF, or a Navy SAR swimmer or diver. oh and in the rotc program for the military do you choose your career or do you get choices based on your degree.

Im secular talking from a historic point of view not a religous one.
He and his early followers were phisicaly abused and toutured and also verbally abused.They were starved and beaten.The prophet bleaded because rocks were thrown on him and they had to leavr Mecca and leave Medina were the people were nicer.He respected the Cristians and Jews.He gave women more rights compare to the Arab pagons who use to burl thier infant dauther in the sand.He also gave the right for women to worl and own property.He attacked at the end in Mecca and braking the statues whitch the pagons believed it was there Gods.Hwe then said truth has come and false hood has vanished.If he killed without merch like most people say why didnt he kill all of the pagons at oncrand why did he tolerate Jewish and Christians?Why was he phiscally beaten and did not fight back?

I know i have to DECLORINIZE the water that my CROWNTAIL BETTA is in but...

i have CHLORINE tablets available that i use in the swimming pool....

so can i just TAKE MY BETTA OUT OF THE TANK, then put the chlorine tablets and put it in the tank, or will that harm them?

Not to expensive, not to difficult to use and I can by it from the local garden center.

Just like the title says - a good if not decent RPG (like Gothic and The Elder Scrolls-series),but I don't want "action" RPGs similar to Diablo!

Yesterday, I bought a car seat... well, my grandmother says to me, "I really hate to see you buy all of these things ahead of time." I just stared at her. Then she continued, "Like the crib, the car seat..."

Still, I was just confused. I said, "Well, I do have to have the car seat to bring the baby home from the hospital. I am 7 months and I am NOT waiting until the last minute." ....and trust me, her comment was no implication of a baby shower.

I told my mother about it and she said that when she had my sister, my grandmother told her to put her in a basket, instead of a bassinette! My mouth just dropped. I am so thankful my mother broke the cycle of bad motherhood!

I am just looking so forward to her "advice" once I have my son... anyone else with crazy experiences?

I have read many things about accuracy and most (although NOT all) seem to favor bolt-actions. Is this a true picture?

Can semi-autos or even full autos have high-grade accuracy? What about lever actions?

What about so-called "sniper rifles" like the Soviet Dragunov and U.S. M-14 -- aren't they semi-autos? What about the new Barrett .50's -- some of them are semi-auto, and considered very accurate.

Is this common opinion just a prejudice?
