I received this tree as a gift about seven years ago. It has gotten too big for the house. Is it okay to plant it? Should I do it now (early Oct. in NC) while the weather is mild? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Can a dectective threaten you by saying he is going to go to the county grand jury, and get you indicted if you deny the charges that are brought against you on a crime you know that you did not commit? because i am currently going through this process right now and i see my lawyer at 2pm tday and want to know if they are allowed to do that or not.

Choosing this time in our history to censure Turkey over the Armenian genocide that happened in 1915 during WWI RIGHT NOW seems like a trivial event UNTIL you consider this....The Lib cowards in Congress don't have the cajones to just say, "OK let's not fund the Iraq war,"...which they CAN do. But they know that the vast majority of Americans will kick them out of office.

So instead, they dredge up this old controversy and choose NOW to P/O Turkey. 70% of our supplies for the war go through Turkey. Our water supply goes through Turkey. Turkey has already been irritable over the activity of the Kurds on their border with Iraq. Why would any SANE politician want to put our already shaky relationship with Turkey at risk RIGHT NOW, unless their sole purpose was to purposefully want them to break off relationships with us and thus compromise our position in Iraq.

What COWARDS!!

Radio Now is not 93.1. It moved to 100.9. Which took away my jazz station. Now there is only Christmas tunes on 93.1. Does anyone know if they are going to put some thing else in there?

How would you go about solving this problem?

I'm a Protestant and don't know much about Catholicism. I'd appreciate answers from people who are Catholic or those that have an in-depth knowledge of Catholicism. I'm not trying to bash anyone - I just really want to learn more.

1. Do Catholics pray to saints? Are saints seen as being sinless? What qualifies people to be saints (how does the process work)?

2. Can you tell me a bit about Mary? I've often heard people say that Catholics worship Mary - but I've also heard that wasn't true. I'm a bit confused - what is the relationship of the Catholic church to Mary? Is she a saint?

3. Do Catholics believe that the Pope is sinless?

4. What is the significance of rosary beads? Why are they used - how do you use them?

5. Do people still go to confessional? Does it really look like a little booth (like in the movies)? Is it a requirement?

We live in a basement apartment with tile floors. We have several rugs, but no carpet! Suddenly my family is finding fleas on everyone, especially my 2 year old son who must be particularly delicious. Help! We don't have any pets, so we can only guess that they have begun to come inside to find water (and humans). I need to find a way to get rid of them that is not dangerous to my son. This began just yesterday, and now they are everywhere! I never saw a flea in this house before yesterday morning, but we have found a steady stream of them since then. They have got to go!

I'm a bit behind in college (22) but am very interested in a college on the east coast. I'd be living with friends while going and would love nothing more. My mother is very negative. She says I'm a loser, worthless and nothing compared to her friend's kids who already graduated (even though one of them had three kids by my age because she's a call girl on weekends; nope, she has a college degree so she's a beacon of inspiration).

I told her that I want to move to get my degree, and she threatened me with the following:

1. If I move, my grandparents will both die. Keep in mind they're both 70, but are very active and have no health problems.

2. If I move, my mother will have daily strokes, heart attacks and seizures (she has none of the above and is 47)

3. If I move my neice will grow up and I will miss it. My neice is 6, and would be 8 if I decided to return.

4. I will get pregnant by "all sorts of men" if I move. !

She does this day after day. How do I deal?
