Im secular talking from a historic point of view not a religous one.
He and his early followers were phisicaly abused and toutured and also verbally abused. They were starved and beaten. The prophet bleaded because rocks were thrown on him and they had to leavr Mecca and leave Medina were the people were nicer. He respected the Cristians and Jews.He gave women more rights compare to the Arab pagons who use to burl thier infant dauther in the sand.He also gave the right for women to worl and own property. He attacked at the end in Mecca and braking the statues whitch the pagons believed it was there Gods.Hwe then said truth has come and false hood has vanished. If he killed without merch like most people say why didnt he kill all of the pagons at oncrand why did he tolerate Jewish and Christians? Why was he phiscally beaten and did not fight back?

I believe the answer is already in your question.

"He attacked Mecca in the end and broke the statues which the pagans believed were their gods."

This is a prime example of religious intolerance, (repeated by the Taliban in Afghanistan only a few years ago), and if this action does not make Muhammad and his early followers evil (and the Taliban too), then using your logic, it is perfectably acceptable today to call in an air strike on a mosque.

"Why do most Muslims think it is evil to bomb a mosque and destroy the Koran, and and why do they think such acts show no tolerance or mercy towards them and the god they believe in."

The premise of your question is incorrect, and I would bet that is why you didn't get many responses the first time you asked it. I don't think I know anybody who believes Muhammad was an "evil person who showed no tolerance and killed without mercy." I am sure there are some who believe this, but certainly not "most non-Muslims", as you assert.

Man you didn't really read the quoran and its books:
008.012
YUSUFALI: Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them."

Sura (5:51) - "O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people."

Book 38, Number 4397:
Narrated Fadalah ibn Ubayd:

A thief was brought to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and his hand was cut off. Thereafter he commanded for it, and it was hung on his neck.

Muslim (20:4681) - "Surely, the gates of Paradise are under the shadows of the swords." After hearing Muhammad say that martyrdom leads to paradise, a young man pulls his sword and breaks the sheath (indicating that he has no intention of returning) then flings himself into battle until he is killed.

Sura (9:5) "But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, then open the way for them..."

How about the attacks on trade caravans leaving no survivors?

What about the portions of the Koran that specifically say that in war you should kill ALL the enemies, including women, children, and the elderly?

You cant get upset with people for ignoring the peaceful aspects of something if you turn a blind eye to the violent parts. They both exist, theyre both important.

number one reason is that most non muslims dont have any knowlegde of prophet Muhammad's life. The second reason why their thinking have developed as such is because of the way some muslims have started to do things e.g terrorist attacks on innocent people, that makes non muslims think that as all muslims follow Muhammad then it must be in his teachings, even if its not the case.
