Just like the title says - a good if not decent RPG (like Gothic and The Elder Scrolls-series),but I don't want "action" RPGs similar to Diablo!
PS it MUST have MAGIC (example: spells,magic powers...dragons) in it or you can't expect a best answer 4 this question from me!

If you like turn-based RPGs with the use of magic, you really can't go wrong with the Final Fantasy series. My favorite of the series is FFX (10), but they are always solid RPGs with deep storylines. In FFX (10), not only can you use magic, you can also summon some awesome aeons to help you in battle. FFXII (12) is terrific, too, it just has a slightly different battle style than the older FF games. There is still magic and summons, though!
