Jerry Garcia, who died in 1995 due to complications from heroin addiction. It was also reported to be a heart attack. Whatever the cause a great talent was wasted and lost way too soon.

Just like Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Jimmi Hendrix and John Entwistle (The Who) before him.

Garcia got lucky, his addictions caught up with him a little later
